Position Overview

            Project Management  Responsible for profitability of the Project 
Coordinating with consultant-client to kick off site to start project construction; making all necessary arrangements of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval. 
Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Workforce and Subcontractor workforce for successful completion of project. 
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. 
Liaising with the clients/consultants for the successful & timely completion of the project 
Attending all site weekly meetings & developing action plan against the points discussed and preparation of minutes of the meeting
