Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project management plans including scheduling, resource planning, risk management and quality assurance.
• Manage projects from contract award through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, statutory requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues, and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
