Reports To: Director of Supervision
Type: Full-time

Objective:

To oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects by managing scope time budget and quality. The Project Manager ensures alignment with client expectations regulatory requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project delivery coordination and stakeholder communication.

• Develop project plans schedules and execution strategies.

• Manage budget control resource allocation and risk management.

• Ensure timely submission of monthly and bi-weekly reports.

• Oversee site inspections quality control and health & safety adherence.

• Interface with the client contractor and subcontractors on all key issues.

• Review project progress against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
