Project Manager

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery of the Project/Programme.

This role combines strong Agile delivery leadership with robust programme and project management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment among senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 12+ years of project and programme delivery experience
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong Agile Scrum Master and traditional project management skills
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Investments business domains
