Project Manager (Landscape Construction)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consultants and clients on contractual matters, delays, extensions of time, variations, warranties, and to resolve or escape any issues on site
• - Execution and administration of the project as per the contract, specifications and project plan.
• - Resource planning, site mobilization and timely submittals of drawings, documents, inspection requests, RFIs and variations.
• - Cost management in collaboration with Q/S to ensure job costing, purchasing and billing are executed correctly
• - Monitoring of construction program and progress to ensure timely completion of the project
