Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience (as close as possible).

  • SE License: Required.

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering (U.S. university required).

  • Technical Expertise: Experience in Type I construction (steel and concrete structures).
    Experience with ground-up construction (60-70%) and renovations (30-40%).
    Familiarity with Mission Critical Facilities.
    Proven ability to manage large-scale structural projects.

  • Leadership & Client Management: Ability to act as a strong, decisive leader and manage a team of engineers and designers.
    Demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects and maintaining client relationships.
