POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle , ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget, while aligning with strategic business goals and regulatory standards.

Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects in the banking sector, including digital transformation, core banking upgrades, compliance initiatives, or operational efficiency improvements.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
