The Integration Project Manager will be part of the Strategic Operations team within the Regal Rexnord (RRX) Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment.
This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Project Management - Strategic Operations for the Linear Motion & Micro Motion divisions.
This role will partner with senior functional, regional, and global leaders to ensure critical integration initiatives are transitioned into actionable milestones which are flawlessly executed to achieve long-term objectives.
The Integration Project Manager will bring to bear program/project management, change management expertise, and tools/knowledge of continuous improvement to support multiple integration initiatives and related efforts.
Successful execution will require critical-thinking, collaboration, coaching / facilitation skills, and the ability to drive engagement and results across the organization.
