Job Scope:

• Understanding the client requirements, making the costing for the project.
• Prepare tender documents to submit the proposal to the client.
• Maintained and fostered contacts with consultants, contractors, vendors and material suppliers.
• Prepare the technical bid evaluation and clarification of vendor quotations if the materials being offered are technically compiled with client standard.
• Assist with the development of new electrical engineering standards and maintain and improve existing standards and guidelines.
• Prepare electrical-related scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Produce quality electrical engineering plans, ensuring compliance with department, project.
• Support Project engineering with train surveillance system upgrading projects on metro station & Depot.
