Project Manager, Site Supervision (Earthwork and (Tijuana)

Project Managers in the Site Supervision team supervise that construction works on time, the quality, and safety during the construction process. They assist the Senior Project Manager in managing control documents, client contact, reporting, and weekly meetings. Project Managers achieve repeat clients through exceptional customer service encompassing a positive attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up.

• Responsible for the entire project(s) from start to finish, acting as the project leader.
• Manage the bidding and construction phase by distributing bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre‑bid conferences, and reviewing contractor bids to present to the client.
