Project Planner

Job Purpose

To develop, monitor and control project schedules using Primavera P6 ensuring timely project execution, resource optimization, progress tracking and management reporting for construction, interior fit‑out, engineering or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones. Create project execution plans and recovery schedules. Coordinate with project teams to define activities, durations and dependencies.
• Project Monitoring: Track progress against approved baseline schedules. Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks. Update schedules based on site progress. Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
