Position Overview

The Project Quality Manager – PRS System (PQM) is responsible for defining and executing the quality strategy throughout the propulsion system project development lifecycle. This role ensures alignment with quality standards, effective risk management, and achievement of project quality objectives through close coordination with all stakeholders and a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the quality plan, ensuring its rigorous application throughout the program development lifecycle.

Lead quality convergence by applying established quality processes from the preliminary phase through to six months post-SOP.

Oversee the definition and drafting of plans to achieve quality objectives for the propulsion system project, including the development, consolidation, and management of quality targets, forecasts, customer surveys, risks and white book requirements.
