Position Overview

DESIACRES Group is hiring 2 full-time Project Sales & Operations Executives for our real estate projects We are looking for people who can work closely with the founders/team and handle day-to-day project execution, including lead follow-ups, buyer coordination, CRM updates, site visit planning, calling, WhatsApp communication, documentation coordination, and general office/project support. This is not a narrow desk job. We need people who can take ownership and help us move the project forward every day. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Coordination Call incoming leads and explain project details clearly. Handle WhatsApp inquiries and send brochures, pricing, location details, and site visit information. Follow up with interested buyers regularly. Qualify buyers based on budget, plot size requirement, purpose, and decision timeline. Maintain a proper lead tracker/CRM sheet. Coordinate with founders/senior team for hot leads and serious buyers.
