Project SCM Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project SCM Manager to lead and manage all Supply Chain Management activities for major offshore energy and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project-specific SCM strategies, overseeing procurement, logistics, expediting, inspection, subcontracting, and supplier management activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project SCM strategies and procurement plans
• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement, expediting, inspection, logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and subcontract management
• Manage supplier and subcontractor selection, commercial negotiations, bid evaluations, and contract administration
