Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Oversee the full project cycle from start to handover ensuring timely completion, high quality standards and client satisfaction. 
Plan project schedules, manage timelines, budgets, documentation and ensure projects stay within scope and cost. 
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, quality control, and resolve site issues promptly. 
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and responses to queries. 
Coordinate closely with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on design intent, materials, schedules, and workflow. 
Manage and supervise subcontractors; ensure clear scope of work and adherence to project requirements. 
Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
