The Project Talent Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of freelance personnel (project related as well as corporate roles) and internal crew, from sourcing and vetting through contracting, onboarding, deployment, and structured offboarding. The role ensures smooth, compliant, and scalable operations by maintaining standardized processes, accurate documentation, and clear communication across all stakeholders.
