Property Assessor

We're looking for a Property Assessor to join our growing Asset Compliance team within Osterna. In this field‑based role, you'll play a key part in delivering a programme of safety, compliance and property‑related inspections across our portfolio, helping to ensure homes and communal areas remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working independently, travelling to sites, and producing high‑quality, accurate reports. If is essential that you already hold a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification to be considered for this role

Where will I be working?

This is a field-based role covering Scotland, predominantly Glasgow and Edinburgh, you'll be convenient based to cover your portfolio in these locations and surrounding areas
