Responsibilities

As a Secondary Market Property Consultant, you will manage the full sales cycle for resale properties from listing and valuation through to negotiation and deal closure, working directly with motivated buyers and sellers across Dubai's most in-demand communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's secondary / resale property market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and buyer profiles.
