OPERATIONS

1. Usage of SPACEPACK (Property Management Program) to monitor late payments or contract renewals of other buildings to remind them if necessary (by checking that the units are free of alert icons on Spacepack).

2. Receive documents from other buildings and disperse accordingly (see workflow for instructions).

3. Coordinate and manage other building administrators’ concerns.

4. Condominium buildings visit for checking of cleanliness and verification of vacant units.

5. Transmittal of return checks and monitoring replacement of checks returned to tenant.
