Responsibilities

• Secure acquired lots by managing the temporary fencing of the property boundary.
• Coordinate with contractors to proceed with the implementation of temporary fencing.
• Outsource caretakers that will be assigned to the area before the designation of security guards.
• Conduct an ocular inspection of raw land properties.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in business-related course.
• With good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
• Willing to do fieldwork or site visits.
• Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City, near SM Fairview.
