Minimum Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years' experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management
✔ Strong leadership, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of property management software and local housing regulations
