Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collections, and resident relations

+ Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations, including LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other applicable federal, state, and local requirements

+ Manage resident files, certifications, recertifications, income verifications, and compliance documentation

+ Monitor occupancy levels and support leasing efforts to meet revenue and community goals

+ Supervise onsite staff, including leasing, administrative, and maintenance team members

+ Prepare and manage budgets, approve invoices, and track operating expenses

+ Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal
