Property Manager - Harborne - £30,000 basic salary
I am seekign an expereicneed Property Manager to join a well established independent estate agency in Harborne.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle all landlord and tenant queries efficiently and professionally
* Manage and resolve rent arrears
* Coordinate maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution
* Obtain quotes and liaise with landlords for approval and instruction of works
* Manage tenancy renewals and re-lettings to minimise void periods
