**Summary**
The Proposal Contracts Manager is responsible for leading mid to high complexity proposal efforts across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs). This role partners closely with opportunity owners and cross functional proposal contributors to develop persuasive semi-custom and templatized proposals, scopes of work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), and presentation materials.
