Protel PMS Support Specialist – Hotel Tech (Hybrid, Zurich)

Planet is seeking a technical support specialist for our protel product range in Zurich. You will handle hotel front and back office inquiries by phone and email, coordinate requests, and apply your IT know-how to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
