The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer‑ready store workplace through strong workload planning and inventory management.

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
