Outpatient Physical Therapist - Neurology Specialty

This is a 13-week contract position.

Full-time schedule with 9 hour shifts for four days and one 4-hour shift on Friday.

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes the delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, with a focus on facilitating an effective return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves while upholding the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values.
