Let's Dine Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join its growing Food & B&V team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with purchasing experience in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry who are passionate about maintaining efficient procurement operations and building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and kitchen teams.
• Compare supplier quotations and maintain updated supplier price lists.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
