Position Overview

Purchasing Assistant

A Purchasing Assistant will support the procurement of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain competitive offers for hotel needs and ensure negotiation of the best price, guaranteeing quality and compliance.
  • Ensure that information from designated local suppliers is kept up to date in terms of prices, contacts, and legal documentation.
  • Follow up on order delivery compliance by suppliers.
  • Comply with quality procedures and standards and oversee purchasing administration to ensure that all Hilton policies and standards are adhered to.
  • Perform reconciliation of purchase orders.
  • Perform price variation reports.
  • Execute tasks/requests as instructed by the Purchasing Department Management.
