Your future employee is a construction contractor who are looking to expand and penetrate the market. Currently they are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join them based in Johor office.

About the Job

• Responsible for overall procurement of relevant raw & building materials, subcontracting works.
• Source of reliable suppliers & contractors and to ensure project cost within budget and/or to maximise project savings and/or profits.
• Verify and approve purchase requisitions by reviewing cost comparison report, clarifying unclear items, recommend alternatives or substitutes, propose value engineering, etc.
• Verify and approve on materials requisitions, site measurements of work done, progress claims and invoices.
• Working hand in hand with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient procurement process and on time project delivery.
