Position Overview
Job Description
1.ControlMRP (Material Requirement Planning) results andissue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
2.Follow up with and expedite suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in support of production and project requirements.
Check import document,Work withEXIM dept toEnsure complete document before goods arrived
3.Manage the entire process for non-conforming (NG) materials.
4.Coordinate with the Sourcing team and internal departments to ensure a smooth supply chain flow.
5.Monitor and process supplier payments.
6.Setting Safety Stock, MOQ(Routine review)
7.Control all document according to ISO require.
8.Other duties assigned by Manager
