QA/QC Lead

General Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Construction QA/QC Lead to spearhead the end-to-end quality assurance and quality control for a critical asset and infrastructure expansion/upgrade project. Acting as the principal quality representative on behalf of the project owner/management team, you will enforce strict compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and quality codes across all civil, marine, structural, piping, and E&I works.

The incumbent will directly manage and audit the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor's QA/QC procedures, promoting systematic and structured high-quality construction, eliminating NCRs and to support the delivering of asset’s operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review, endorse, and continuously monitor the EPC contractor’s Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and Test Packages to ensure they are being implemented diligently.
