About the Role

Our client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Accountant to join their growing team based in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting and tax advice.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Newly qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
