Job Requirements

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 audits, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, and FMEA.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and report quality indicators to Manufacturing and Quality Managers.
• Coordinate updates to Quality Management System documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal ISO 9001 audits, and participate in external audits.
• Manage the renewal of the ISO 9001 certification.
• Attend external audits from customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with corrective actions.
• Oversee compliance with automotive documentation requirements (PPAP, corrective actions).
• Propose, develop, and implement improvements in production processes focused on cost reduction and customer complaint mitigation.
• Receive, log, and respond to customer complaints, including direct reporting to YKK USA.
