Quality Development Engineer

We are currently hiring two Quality Development Engineers at Nammo Lapua Oy's Vihtavuori and Sastamala facilities to ensure that we produce products that meet customer and quality requirements.

Both positions are permanent, with one located in Sastamala and the other in Vihtavuori. These roles are new, and the final job descriptions will be clarified based on the selected candidate.

Responsibilities

• Measurement management system and related calibration oversight
• Developing measurement methods and techniques
• Determining measurement uncertainties
• Performing statistical analysis
• Planning and executing quality improvement projects
• Acting as a quality expert in new product development
• Participating in investment projects and initiatives to ensure quality requirements are met
