Quality Development Engineer – Measurement & Improvement

Nammo Lapua Oy is hiring two Quality Development Engineers for its Vihtavuori and Sastamala facilities. The roles are permanent and located onsite in Finland. You will lead measurement management, develop QA methods, and drive quality improvements across new product development and supplier collaborations.

Ideal candidates have a technical engineering degree and experience with quality systems, measurement methods, and Lean Six Sigma. Fluency in Finnish and English is expected.
