Overview

Promote system implementation and respond to second-party and third-party system audits. (The following responsibilities may be adjusted according to the company's development.)

Responsibilities

1. Organize, plan, implement, track, and verify the operation of various quality management systems in accordance with the company's system requirements.
2. Maintain company quality system documents and quality records, including regular filing, organizing, and updating.
3. Develop an annual internal audit plan and carry out internal audits according to the plan.
4. Develop an annual management review plan and carry out management reviews according to the plan.
5. Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities identified in internal and external audits.
