Quality Engineering Lead (Payments)

Position Description

The QE Lead – Payments is responsible for leading and executing end‑to‑end quality engineering activities for complex payments systems, with a strong focus on SWIFT, ISO, and FED payment platforms. The role ensures high‑quality delivery through robust test strategy, automation, and execution across enterprise banking initiatives. This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office a minimum 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all phases of testing including Smoke, Sprint, Integration, E2E, Business, Deployment Order, and PAT testing
• Own and drive test strategy, test planning, and test case design
• Review and validate system requirements, design documents, and technical user stories
• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
