Quality Manager - Lincoln, AR

Penmac Staffing is currently seeking applicants for a qualified candidate for a Quality Manager role to fill an opening with an employer located in Lincoln, AR. The ideal candidates should have a stable work history that demonstrates reliability. In lieu of work history, will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses and military service

Requirements of the Quality Manager 

· Five or more years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. 

· Experience maintaining an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. 

· Working knowledge of AS9100, with experience implementing, auditing, or preparing for certification. 

· Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations. 

· Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous- 

· Experience in electronics manufacturing, printed circuit board assembly, wire harness manufacturing, or electromechanical assembly.
