Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reliability Engineering Technician to support reliability testing and validation activities for semiconductor products. In this role, you will be responsible for executing reliability tests, analyzing test data, troubleshooting test setups, and supporting laboratory operations to ensure product quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams while maintaining a safe, organized, and ESD-compliant laboratory environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and modify production test programs based on device test specifications for reliability testing.
Execute reliability testing and perform data conversion, analysis, and reporting to evaluate product performance.
Analyze reliability test results and determine whether testing should proceed to the next readpoint or require failure verification.
