Quantity Surveying / Cost Management Internship (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in cost management commissions: cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders, and final account close-out.
• Supporting preparation of cost reports.
• Conducting cost assessments and valuations.
• Supporting document collation and administration.
• Performing basic measurements.
• Coordinating meetings and drafting minutes.
• Supporting ad hoc tasks as requested.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months internship duration.
