Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for steel fabrication and erection works.

Perform accurate quantity take‑offs from structural drawings and fabrication shop drawings.

Evaluate project specifications, drawings and bills of quantities to prepare competitive bids.

Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations to determine cost‑effective options.

Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts and financial summaries for management.

Identify potential cost variations and report financial risks proactively.

Prepare and review contractual documents, variation orders and claims.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications and local regulations.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to confirm financial and contractual matters.
