Quantity Surveyor: Cost & Procurement Specialist (UAE)

The Orchard Place in Dubai is seeking an experienced Construction Cost & Procurement Manager to oversee cost control, procurement planning, and supplier coordination on UAE projects. You will monitor budgets, prepare cash flows, and manage procurement packages from RFQs to PO issues.

Candidates should have 2–3 years UAE construction experience and a track record handling major procurement packages, building strategic supplier relationships and delivering timely reports.
