Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Accurately check and verify quantities from drawings and site measurements to ensure alignment with project specifications and BOQ.
• Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor orders ensuring scope clarity, compliance and alignment with project timelines.
• Conduct price negotiations and contractual discussions with subcontractors to achieve competitive and fair agreements.
• Identify, prepare and submit variation claims, PSum bifurcations and PC adjustments with detailed justifications and supporting documentation.
• Prepare payment applications with all supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update procurement log, variation log and Psum log for audit and control purposes.
• Maintain and update the vendor list.
• Attend client meetings and subcontractor/supplier meetings as and when required.
