Review and verify subcontractor progress claims and payment submissions. Assist in budget costing and project cost analysis. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations. Prepare purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare final statements of accounts for completed projects. Update monthly contract department reports for ongoing projects.
