Quantity Surveyor

If so, due to our continuing success, we are experiencing rapid and extensive growth across all business sectors and are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a successful background in construction.
You will join our Commercial team, supporting a variety of projects across the North West region.
You will support the financial management of contracts in partnership with the Contracts Managers and/or Project Managers.
What you will be doing
* Work in partnership with site management, commercially supporting sites as required, to develop a proactive site team. Ensure that contractual obligations are identified and administered.
* Vet contract documentation on receipt from the client to ensure compatibility with the Company's tender and subsequent negotiations.
