Job Description

Quantity Surveyor - Toomebridge - Permanent Join a leading modular construction company in Toomebridge as a Quantity Surveyor and take ownership of the commercial delivery of projects across the UK & Ireland. A great opportunity to drive value across innovative off-site construction projects.



You’ll be hands-on with cost control, valuations, forecasting, and financial reporting—ensuring projects are delivered on budget and aligned to commercial targets within a fast-growing, forward-thinking contractor with 20+ years’ industry expertise.


About this role:

Up to £50,000 per annum

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm with 3pm Friday finish)

29 days annual leave
