- Prepare quotations / Commercial Proposal
- Compile Supporting Documents for Tender / Proposal submission
- Follow Up and Negotiate on contract
- Prepare, Submit and Follow Up on Progress Claim, Tax Invoice and Payment Collection
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent from a recognized university
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience with strong knowledge of Local Construction Practices
- Effective Communication Skills and Enjoy Interacting with people at all levels
- Positive Attitudes / Drive for Result and Willing to Learn
- Good Self-Discipline and Ownership of Task
