Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction project team. This role will cover the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract, supporting landed residential, apartment, and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on QS experience in Singapore’s construction industry, with strong knowledge in cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

• Handle full spectrum of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract
