We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team based in Stellenbosch . This role is responsible for managing project costs, supporting procurement processes, administering subcontractor agreements, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects. Monitor project costs and ensure maximum cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Manage subcontractor appointments, contracts, valuations, and payment certifications. Assist site management teams with construction programmes and project planning.
